It is known that Nandamuri Tarakaratna is currently being treated at Narayana Hrudayalaya in Bengaluru. The doctors performed a brain scan today to identify the progress and assess his brain functioning.
Incidentally, TDP Hindupur parliamentary wing in-charge Ambika Lakshminarayana has now provided an update on Tarakaratna’s condition.
“Tarakaratna’s brain scan was done today. Based the results, the medical team will convey a diagnosis to his family members. After assessing the same, the family might shift him overseas for more advanced treatment.” Lakshminarayana said.
He further added that Nandamuri Balakrishna has been by his family side all the while and greatly helped in Tarakaratna’s life support efforts.
Well, as it appears, the Nandamuri family appears to be contemplating the idea of shifting Tarakaratna overseas for better treatment. It is known that his brain got affected due to lack of oxygen after his heart stopped functioning for 45 minutes after he crashed on the 27th of January.
