New Name From Andhra For Modi's CabinetPrime Minister Narendra Modi is going to expand his cabinet for the first time after getting re-elected in 2019. Rumors are rife that the expansion will take place tomorrow itself. A section of National media says there is no chance for AP in this expansion.

But two names are doing rounds in another section. GVL Narasimha Rao and TG Venkatesh are said to be the probables. GVL Narasimha Rao is from AP but is nominated from Uttar Pradesh to the Rajya Sabha. He is in BJP for more than a decade and is quite active in AP BJP affairs.
TG Venkatesh is the Rajya Sabha MP elected from TDP but defected to BJP after the 2019 elections. If he is picked over GVL, it will come as a real surprise. Interestingly, Venkatesh defected to BJP but his son, TG Bharath is continuing in TDP. He is the TDP in charge of the Kurnool Parliament.

Earlier there were rumors that Janasena President Pawan Kalyan may be inducted into the Union Cabinet but sources say it is not true.
