real-Estate-in-GNT-VJATruncated Andhra Pradesh may be a deficit budget state but the state is being looked up on by a land of oppurtunities. Particularly good days are ahead for the Real Estate segment with a new capital planned to build from the scratch. Also with a Investor friendly Chief Minister in place, new industries will line up one after the other giving ample scope for the real estate development.

Krishna and Guntur districts have seen a huge upsurge in land transactions. The 13 districts have registered a whopping revenue of Rs 1469.95 Crores only through Land Registration till October from the time of state bifurcation. Guntur topped the list in land transaction and needless to say most of the registrations are in Tulluru, Mangalagiri, Tadepalli and Guntur mandals which are officially part of the proposed capital region. These areas witnessed 99,310 land registrations with a revenue of Rs 202.59 crore between June and October.

The land prices have also gone up in the areas which do not fall in the capital region. People have been predicting that even though these lands are not in the capital region now but will come in to handy when the development takes place and capital expands. However all these factors have made things beyond the reach of the middle class.
