Even before Telugu Desam Party could come out of the shock from the defection of four Rajya Sabha members from Telugu Desam Party – Y S Chowdary, T G Venkatesh, C M Ramesh, and Garikapati Mohan Rao, some more leaders are silently busy finalizing their future plans.
Buzz is that senior leader and former MP from Narsaraopet Rayapati Sambasiva Rao is also all set to quit the party and join the BJP. It was only a few days ago, Rayapati met Chandrababu Naidu and offered him to live in his own house in Guntur if YSR Congress Government is keen on demolishing his Residence.
But now, things changed drastically and Rayapati is all set to change his loyalties. Sources say that he already conveyed his decision to Chandrababu Naidu and will very soon join the saffron party along with his son Ranga Babu and other followers.
BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav reportedly came to the residence of Rayapati in Guntur a couple of days ago and extended the invitation. They had dinner together and talked for almost two hours.
