On the last day of 2017, when everyone is recollecting the ‘Things of 2017’, Superstar Rajinikanth bamboozled his way into all that in his own style. At a meeting with fans a little while ago, the Thalaiva announced his Political Entry in the presence of fans.
“The happenings in the state in the last one year have made ppl of Tamil Nadu ashamed. People of other states are laughing at us. If I don’t enter politics now, I will feel guilty,” Rajinikanth announced to a roaring crowd. But then, his approach as revealed seems to be flawed.
Rajini confirmed that he will not contest the Local Polls which are fast approaching and also added that he is also doubtful for Parliament elections the next year due to time constraint. But he confirmed contesting in Tamil Nadu Assembly elections in all the seats.
He also announced that he will not talk politics until the current goals are achieved. This means Rajinikanth and his party will be away from politics until the Assembly Elections in 2021 which is a long way to go. He also announced registering his party just before the Assembly elections which is another blunder. He will be seen as a Superstar who takes people granted only for elections without talking or fighting politics before that. Having said that all, we can only hope we will be wrong and Rajinikanth brings in the change people are looking at.
