The canteens disappeared after the elections and Jagan who came to power scrapped the Anna Canteens. TDP leaders are activating Anna Canteens from the last few months.
The videos of such canteens are going viral on social media.
Chandrababu Naidu also announced that he would restart the Anna Canteens once they are in power in 2024.
Now, YSR Congress leaders have woken up and are gearing up to start Rajanna canteens once again as elections are nearing.
But then, when in power, people expect initiative from the government.
Who will believe if a few leaders have the canteens individually and that too just before the elections?
Interestingly, Guntakal YSR Congress MLA is starting Rajanna Canteen right in the building where there was Anna Canteen previously.
