Potluri Vara Prasad – Jagan’s close friend and business partner gave a shock to the YSR Congress. PVP was the top contender for Vijaywada MP seat frpm YSR Congress till few days ago. But reports say differences arose between PVP and Jagan over the assembly segment seats under Vijayawada Parliament seat. PVP today met Telugu Desam Party Chief Chandra Babu Naidu and requested him for Vijayawada MP seat.
However, Chandra Babu made it clear that TDP already allotted the seat to Kesineni Nani. PVP reportedly asked him to accomodate him from some other seat and Chandra Babu assured him that he will get back to him after discussing within the party. Sources within in TDP say Chandra Babu is not fully in favor of allotting ticket to PVP as he is one of the accused in Jagan’s corruption cases.
