A few children of Bendapudi (West Godavari) high school have become famous for speaking English in an American accent.
As they become famous on YouTube, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy called them to Tadepalli and spent some time with them.
Their interaction was given Live and the children were used for Government propaganda. The kids read out the scripts praising the Chief Minister and even making fun of Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan which looks really odd for their age and one can see the how hard these small kids were trained.
But there was intense social media scrutiny on the kids since then.
There were memes mocking them. Even their marks in tenth standard results released the other day were made public on social media.
The kids were subjects to severe trolls and their mental health is likely to be very much affected if they are exposed to those trolls directly.
All this is due to the publicity mongering of the Government. Just because they unknowingly aided the government, they were subjected to trolls and criticism.
