This morning there are rumors that TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu had offered a multi-year contract proposal to Political Strategist, Prashant Kishor‘s IPAC which worked with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who had a landslide victory in 2019 Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections.
TDP sources, however, say they are not aware of this development but speaking to a National Newspaper, Prashant Kishor only added to the confusion. “Which service? I am no more into the business and YSR Congress was my last assignment. As far as I-PAC is concerned, they are free to take up their future assignments as per their plan,” he said.
When asked about TDP approaching I-PAC, Prashant Kishor said, “How can anyone stop anyone from approaching you?”. The drama is far from over. When I-PAC team is approached regarding the same, they ask media personnel to check with Prashant Kishor.
Prashant Kishor is currently the Vice-President of JD(U) which is an ally of BJP at the Center. There was a widespread criticism after news about I-PAC working with Mamata Banerjee against BJP broke out. Prashant Kishor hence does not want to be in the dock further. On the other side, the YSR Congress is not keen on severing ties with I-PAC.
