Film producer and industrialist, Potluri Vara Prasad is the one who funded Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena Public meetings back then when the party is started. It was then said that PVP expected Vijayawada Parliament and Pawan Kalyan lobbied for it with TDP but that finally did not happen. PVP now revealed several interesting things about Janasena in an interview.
PVP revealed that initial plan is to run Janasena as a non-political organization but Pawan Kalyan all of sudden changed its face. Annoyed with that, PVP and some others who are with Janasena until then, parted ways, Potluri said. He also said that he did not lobby for Vijayawada MP ticket through Pawan Kalyan and even went on to say, he was in abroad when that happened.
He also added that he has no plans of making a film with Pawan Kalyan. PVP is also in the dock of ED for his alleged investments in Sakshi. For which he said, he invested only for YSR and is making good returns out of it. But he went on to say he did not get any benefit from YSR government back then. Interestingly, PVP revealed that he is not in talking terms with Jagan due to some issue.
