AP Minister Ravela Kishore Babu’s son, Susheel was arrested on molestation case last month. Telangana Police have registered case on him under Nirbhaya Act. This case created huge political uproar back then with opposition parties aiming guns on the Andhra Pradesh Minister and the government with this issue.
Ravela Susheel was later released on bail. He appealed in Hyderabad High Court over the allegations on him. Interestingly, the victim lady turned hostile in the case and told the court that she never know Susheel. The woman also clarified that no body did misbehave with her even though there is clear CCTV footage.
Political influence on the victim is clearly evident here. After her statement, the court slashed the case. Whatever may be the reason, Ravela Susheel is saved here and will bring lot of respite to his father, Minister Kishore Babu who is defending his son since the start.
