Prime Minister Narendra Modi usually stays away from the media. He is in power for six years and did not even address a single Press Meet. He addresses the people on very serious issues that too from his Twitter accounts and National Television like DD. The live feed with be shared with other media channels.
Narendra Modi did such addresses during the Demonetization and now, during the Coronavirus Crisis. So, people are scared whenever there is a Public address of the Prime Minister. Now, the Prime Minister announced that he will share a small video message with the people tomorrow at 9 AM.
India is currently on a 21-day lockdown since 25 March 2020 due to the novel coronavirus outbreak in the country. It has to be seen if the PM will give an idea about the Lockdown relaxation and India’s plan to combat this Crisis. Or there may be more stringent measures going to be put.
Meanwhile, the total number of Corona cases in India cross 2000, according to the official numbers.
