Andhra Pradesh, on its way towards the development, has been undergoing several mending. The public grievance call center that the Cheif Minister Chandrababu Naidu has brought up is no less than any multinational company service.
The call center is going to be the point of contact for the public to receive any sort of complaints, especially the feedback from the citizens on the schemes and the developmental changes that the government is making. The unit is facilitated with 750 seats and would provide services for 12 hours.
The motto of the project is to utilize the technology to reach out to the people. The center provides its services via SMS, Interactive Voice Response System and other web services.
