We are often told not to believe everything on the internet. Yet everyday more and more people fall for wrong information and fake news. Case in point is the viral photo of a beautiful woman wearing the uniform of Punjab Police. The photo widely believed to be of Harleen Mann, who many assumed was the Station House Officer of Punjab Police took the internet by storm.
Turns out the information was totally fake and the photo is actually of actress Kainaat Arora who is assuming the role of Harleen Mann, a police officer, in her upcoming Punjabi film, Jagga Jiundae. The actress’ phone was bombarded with forwards from all over and she had to give a statement on Twitter where she clarified that she was not a real police officer.
But true or not, this viral photo did lead to some good twitter jokes with some people surrendering and asking this beautiful cop to arrest her!
