Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party’s First Public Meeting took place in Vishakapatnam today amid huge turnout. After the allegations of being a 5 star hotel party, Jana Sena came in to the people for the first time. Like his inauguration speech in Hyderabad, Pawan Kalyan was the only person on the stage. He tried answering many questions Jana Sena is being faced but could not convince majority with his answers. Here is the summary of his speech:
Pawan Kalyan lashed out at Congress Party once again for bifurcating the state improperly at the same time respecting the sentiment of Telangana people.He also took potshots on YS Jagan and his alleged link up with Congress Party. Pawan Kalyan talked about how Congress Party join hands with corrupted if the terms between them are good and then take on honest officers who worked in those cases (Referring to JD Lakshmi Narayana who was not given posting for more than 9 months). He also mentioned about Congress leaders like Botsa, Kavuri and Rayapati who remained silent to safeguard their business interests.
Most of his speech revolved around the faulty procedure adopted for state bifurcation. Pawan Kalyan defended his silence during PRP’s merger with Congress. He said that time he believed the Experienced Congress is capable of handling the bifurcation issue. He also made it clear that the only ideology and agenda of Jana Sena is to root out corruption from the system irrespective of political parties. He clarified that Jana Sena will be away from contesting election as long as it is not able to find honest contestants. He clarified that the state requires able leadership in this crucial juncture and Jana Sena will not contest and divide votes and benefit Congress. However he made it clear that he will not tolerate the corruption of the newly formed governments in both the region and will take the roads to fight for the people.
Pawan Kalyan defended his meeting and pledging support to BJP’s Narendra Modi saying that he is the only leader who can speak and stand for every citizen in the country. He also added that he will not mind whichever party Modi belongs to as he is an able leader.
