JanaSena-Pawan-Kalyan-Varahi-Vehicle-Colour-ControversyPawan Kalyan’s election campaign vehicle Varahi has been the centre of attraction for the past few days. YCP has been arguing that the olive green paint that has been used for the vehicle is illegal to use commercially as it’s reserved for army vehicles. Pawan had been mocking the Jagan-led party over the same.

The latest news is that Varahi has been cleared and registered by Telangana transport department. The deputy transport commissioner Papa Rao stated the same a short while ago.

The DTC confirmed that he had verified the assembly certificate of the vehicle and deemed it fit for registration. He added that the paint color used for the vehicle is Emerald green and not Olive green, so it can be registered without hassles.

The vehicle has been regathered with the number TS13 EX 8384. This vehicle will now be extensively used by Pawan Kalyan for the election campaigning in Andhra Pradesh.

This invalidates YCP’s argument about the color and the body specification of Varahi. Now that the transport department has cleared the vehicle, it can be used freely by Pawan.
