Pawan Kalyan To Become The New Mudragada for Kapu CommunityJanasena Party, the other day, released a Press Note carrying Pawan Kalyan’s statement. Pawan Kalyan claimed to have received a letter from former minister Chegondi Hari Rama Jogaiah who outlined several issues of the Kapu community and the importance of Kapu Reservations etc.

Pawan Kalyan went on to say that he will very soon meet the representations of Kapu Sankshema Sena. This statement has shocked many as Pawan Kalyan always tried to distance himself from caste and this is something totally unexpected.

It looks like Pawan Kalyan wants to take the role of Mudragada Padmanabham on the Kapu Reservations issue. There is a divided opinion about Pawan Kalyan and Kapu community. Some feel that the Kapu community is the core of Janasena and Pawan Kalyan should coze up to them to make them his strong vote base.

Some feel an advocate of change politics, Pawan should distance himself from Caste politics. BJP is aggressively trying to woo the Kapu community in Andhra Pradesh and this move of Pawan Kalyan has come a couple of days after BJP President Somu Veerraju met him in Hyderabad. The future course of action will be decided on the response from the community for these feelers.
