Janasena President Pawan Kalyan continues his onslaught against Seema Andhra MPs in Twitter. Continuing his stance that Seema Andhra MPs are not doing anything for getting Special Status to the state, he post in Twitter that according to his information, only five MPs participated in the debate regarding the amendments to Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act which took place on March 17th, 2015.
Pawan Kalyan may have missed a point here. This amendment is regarding the correction of MLCs seats in Andhra Pradesh due to the mistake in the Reorganization Act. This is an altogether a different issue and the Special Status issue even if raised will not be allowed. Also while in a debate, the Speaker will only allow some prescribed number of MPs to speak and that too the chance to talk will be allowed according to the strength of the party in Parliament.
That day, TRS MP Vinod and some MPs of Seema Andhra brought to the notice of the house regarding other problems plaguing both the Telugu States. Home Minister Rajnath Singh replied that this is center’s first step in solving the problems of the bifurcation.
