Janasena President Pawan Kalyan who has disappeared from Andhra Pradesh Political scene for a long time has come back. He sat for a seven-hour Deeksha against the Privatization of Vishaka Steel Plant in the party headquarters in Mangalagiri.
Janasena cadre is very disappointed with the results of local elections and what is more disappointing is Pawan Kalyan’s response to it. There have been no Review meetings whatsoever on the elections debacle. Pawan Kalyan has become busy with the shooting of his Bheemla Nayak.
Pawan Kalyan is going to Russia for a Christmas vacation. So he has marked attendance in Politics before taking the flight. Meanwhile, BJP is fuming at Pawan Kalyan for this Deeksha. They suspect if he is going towards TDP.
“TDP and Janasena have contested together in some places in recent local elections. There are dozens of issues in Andhra Pradesh for Pawan Kalyan to do his namesake Deeksha. But he chose to do only on an issue that will trouble BJP. His actions are suspicious,” BJP leaders say.
Cadre is also not happy with this Deeksha. “The public interest in Pawan Kalyan’s political activities is coming down quickly. These guest appearances would not help. How would a Deeksha for five hours help? That too why a Deeksha in Mangalagiri for an issue of Vishakapatnam,” they lament.
