Pawan Kalyan Follows Chandrababu NaiduFormer Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu stayed away from the New year celebrations and asked the party leaders and supporters to do the same. He told them to donate the money instead to Amaravati Parirakshana Samiti which is fighting against the Government’s decision to trifurcate the Capital.

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan also followed the suit now. He decided to stay away from New year celebrations just like TDP. “I can not celebrate when the farmers are agitating. They are worried about the future of their children. So, I will not tell New year’s wishes,” Pawan Kalyan said.

He also added that he will not celebrate the Sankranthi festival as well. “When they are happy, that is Sankranthi for me,” he added. Janasena entered Amaravati agitation very late as Pawan Kalyan is in an abroad holiday but the party opines that the Ruling Party played into their hands by trying to use the police force to stop Pawan Kalyan the other day.

The Police stopping Pawan Kalyan and the Janasenani defying them with protests and Padayatra garnered enough media attention, Janasena sources opine.
