Pakistan-Ready-to-Offload-Rs1000-Crore-Fake-Currency-to-IndiaIntelligence Reports are with the union government that Rawalpindi module of Pakistan may have printed at least 1000 Crore worth Fake Currency in the past month and are ready to be smuggled into India. Sources say that the entire consignment is of the new 2000 Notes.

This consignment will be flown to Dubai and from there to Dhaka, Bangladesh. Once the consignment is off-loaded in Bangladesh, it will be smuggled to India through Malda in West Bengal. Some part of the Fake Currency may enter India through Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Officials say that the Fake Currency Printing Presses in Pakistan have managed to replicate 12 out of the 17 security features in New Currency Notes. The introduction of the 2000 Rupees Notes makes it more easily to transport Fake Currency as the consignment size is only half when compared to the same value 1000 Rupees Notes.
