BJP talks tall about becoming a significant force in both the Telugu States but strange are the ways of its local leaders who always give a wrong impression to the people. In Andhra Pradesh, we see how the party leader ditches their ally and talk like they are in for an alliance with YSR Congress.
BJP which talks about itself as an anti-corruption crusader can only explain how an alliance with YSR Congress can be welcomed? Things are not very different in Telangana. The party MP and MLAs are doing rounds in Hyderabad along with Minister KTR.
They flaunt their association in public and at the same time say they are coming to power in 2019 bulldozing TRS. But then, their open friendship gives an impression that TRS ad BJP are friends and may contest together in 2019.
In such case, the dreams of growing as an alternate power in Telangana are shattered. BJP holds slight advantage in Telangana due to vacuum in opposition and the influence of RSS to some extent. But the advantage is being squandered by its own leaders.
