People are angry about the food habits of the Chinese and feel the habits have led to this dangerous situation. Opening of the meat markets even after this mayhem upped their anger further.

There are demands that China should be isolated and the dependence on China in manufacturing should be reduced. Some countries are even demanding that China should be penalized for the economical losses they are facing due to the forced Lockdowns.

Amid these reports, Wistron Corp., one of Apple’s manufacturing partners, claimed that they will be shifting their half capacity outside China within a year. The company is planning to shift the production part in India along with Vietnam and Mexico. A whopping One Billion Dollars fund has been set up to fund the expansion this year and next.

Another iPhone assembler Pegatron has also said that they are hoping to kick-start manufacturing operations in Vietnam by 2021 after setting up a new plant in Indonesia. Apple’s main assembly partner for AirPods, Inventec is preparing to establish a unit in Vietnam. Foxconn, one of the biggest assemblers of Apple has facilities in India and Vietnam. They are already planning to increase the production capacities in both these countries in the coming days.
