Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao had unceremoniously shown the door out of the party and government to his longtime associate Etela Rajender. A report in Deccan Chronicle suggests that Minister Jagadish Reddy is next on the Chief Minister’s radar.
The minister celebrated his son’s Birthday in Bengaluru in January. Four TRS MLAs have attended the event and said to have made some very distasteful remarks against the KCR’s governance. The minister did not try to rein them indicating he is not happy as well. The video of that event has reached the Chief Minister.
Moreover, Jagadish Reddy is yet to respond to the Etela episode until now while the other ministers are busy taking potshots on the former minister and earn brownie points from the Chief Minister. Buzz is that a cabinet reshuffle is on cards very soon and Jagadish Reddy may be shown the door out.
Recently-elected Palla Rajeshwar Reddy may replace him in the cabinet. Jagadish Reddy may not get an unceremonious exit like Etela but is likely to be shunted out of the cabinet.
