jd-lakshmi-narayanaFormer CBI JD Lakshmi Narayana opined that there is no use with the three capitals policy of Jagan Mohan Reddy Government. “Decentralization is possible only with the development of all the districts,” he said.

“They say Uttarandhra will develop only if Vishakapatnam is the capital. But people of Rayalaseema is also making the same demand. There is no use except for creating rifts between people of all the regions,” Lakshminarayana said.

“There is no using in making Vishakapatnam as the Executive capital of Andhra Pradesh. Amaravati which was made the capital in the previous assembly should be continued and every district should have one capital. That is the only way to create more employment,” JD Lakshmi Narayana said.

“Maharashtra is following the same for all the districts and it is working. I am saying this having worked there for 22 years. Only then, there will be no regional differences. Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Aurangabad, Nashik have developed similarly. Many industries came there. People do not go to other states for employment,” he told.

“High Court benches should come up in Kurnool and Vishakapatnam. Assembly winter session can happen in Kurnool and Vizag. All the states are following the model of having all offices at one place. AP Government should also consider it,” he added.
