Tamil Nadu Politics is all about the number of MLAs supporting either O Paneerselvam or Sasikala now. As of now, Sasikala has the majority of MLAs on her side, even though there are mixed reports about the actual number. But then on the other side, O Paneerselvam is strangely accumulating MPs on his side.
As of now, Paneerselvam has got the support of 8 Lok Sabha MPs and 2 Rajya Sabha MPs. He has the support of 7 MLAs including himself. Accumulation of MPs seems to be a strategic step to increase the pressure on the MLAs in Sasikala’s Camp.
The support base for Paneerselvam is expected to increase later on the day. Paneerselvam is basically using the tactics of applying pressure on Sasikala and her supporters so that they will panic which will make things much easier
