IAS officers are attending court regularly, getting fined and punished for various contempt of the court issues.

This time, the High Court has issued a non-bailable warrant to AP Finance Secretary Satyanarayana.

A hearing was held today in the High Court on the issue of payment of education department bills.

Finance Department Principal Secretary Rawat, Education Department Principal Secretary Rajasekhar, and Education Department Secretary Suresh Kumar attended the hearing.

AP Finance Secretary Satyanarayana was absent.

Senior advocate Ambati Sudhakar Rao argued that the education department is delaying the payment of bills.

Justice Battudev Anand issued a non-bailable warrant to Satyanarayana who was absent.
