Why There Is No Sanity in Mudragada Padmanabham's Letter to Pawan Kalyan?Kapu Strongman Mudragada Padmanabham wrote an Open Letter to Jana Sena President, Pawan Kalyan the other day asking him not to support the government and lower his esteem. In the letter, Mudragada mentioned that it is not true that G.O. No. 30 given by the then Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy government regarding Kapu Reservations is struck down.

Mudragada mentioned that in April 1995, court ratified the G.O. If Mudragada‘s version is true, Kapu Community should have got reservations from 1995 but then why that did not happen? The truth is that the G.O. was first struck down by the high court, later allowed under the condition that BC commission must submit its report before G.O. can be made operational.

But that did not happen and the G.O. just remained on Paper. Mudragada also did not make an attempt to pursue the issue until now. Committing to his promise, Chandrababu Naidu appointed BC Commission and is waiting for its report to take the issue forward.

Mudragada in his letter did not mention anything about Padayatra and about Pawan Kalyan saying that the permission may have been refused due to Tuni Arson. It is silly that Mudragada wrote a letter to Pawan Kalyan on a Newspaper Report but did not mention anything about what Pawan Kalyan spoke on the issue.
