Chittoor Magistrate has granted Bail for Former Minister Naryana who was arrested in Tenth Class Question Papers leak.
His advocates shown proofs that Narayana has stepped down as the Chairman of the educational institutions way back in 2014.
Police mentions Narayana as the Chairman and the Chief Conspirator in FIR. The judge refused to buy their argument after studying the evidence produced.
The judge concluded that the allegations are baseless and Narayana is not the Chairman when the crime took place.
Hence, the bail has been granted and Narayana was asked to submit two sureties worth one Lakh Rupees each by 18th of this month.
Narayana’s lawyers said to media that Police failed to prove their allegations in the court.
This has established that this arrest is more of a political Vendetta and the government has done zero home work in its eagerness to pin down Narayana.
