A video has been released by YSR Congress alleging that Former State Election Commissioner Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has met BJP MP Sujana Chowdary in a Star Hotel. Since Sujana is previously in TDP, the party has been linking the issues to Telugu Desam Party.
In the video, we can also see former Andhra Pradesh health minister and BJP leader Kamineni Srinivas. However, it seems like the Ruling Party is trying to make a mountain of a mole from this episode. It was Kamineni Srinivas who filed three petitions in the High Court on this issue.
He also mentioned that he took the permission of BJP high command in filing the petition. If there is any cause of worry for the YSR Congress, it should be about BJP involving in the case directly. Probably, they are trying to link this case to Chandrababu as Sujana is formerly a close-confidante of the TDP Supremo.
More than the Chandrababu Angle, they should worry about the BJP angle in this issue. BJP troubled Chandrababu Government back then while being in an alliance, now, they seem to be doing the same for Jagan. On the other side, it is emerging that Nimmagadda Ramesh is likely to file a contempt petition in the high court as the state Government is not reinstating him as per the court order.
