National Media Not Happy with KCR's House Warming Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao entered his new residence cum office in Begumpet this morning at 5.22AM amidst Rituals and Vedic Pandits chanting holy mantras. The new CM Camp Office is titled ‘Pragathi Bhavan’ while the conference room is called ‘Jana Hitha’.

National Media, however, seems to be not very happy with this total episode. The National Media is just highlighting the Bullet Proof Bathroom and how the new camp office has to be constructed just for Vaastu Reasons. They highlight how the previous Camp Office was built just 11 years ago but was abandoned due to KCR’s Vaastu beliefs.

Later, the Chief Minister first asked Chinna Jeeyar Swami to sit in the CM’s Chair before he sat and that also drew flak in the National Media giving rise to the discussion if the personal religious beliefs of the Chief Minister should be practiced officially in a secular country. Probably, KCR may have sensed this earlier. He invited all the religious heads for the house warming ceremony and took their blessings even though Hindu rituals took the center stage.
