Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Estranged Wife, Jashodaben arrived in Telangana today. She came to the district headquarters of Vikarabad and offered special Pooja to Nagadevatha in a temple there. Later, she also inaugurated the statue of Ambedkar in the temple premises.
As the news of Jashodaben coming there spread, locals came there in big numbers to get a glimpse of her. Since Modi and Jashodaben are not living together, the district administration did not make any special arrangements for her visit.
Modi was married to Jashodaben at the age of 18. The couple lived together for 3 months, after which Modi left home to travel across India, journeying as a ‘sanyasi’, as he described it to his family. After a period of three years, Modi stopped visiting his wife and family, as he got involved in his work with RSS.
