Narendra Modi sworn in as 15th PM of India

Narendra Modi is now sworn in as the 15th Prime Minister of Independent India. President of India, Pranab Mukherjee administered the oath. After Modi, Cabinet Ministers Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley, Venkaiah Naidu, Nitin Gadkari, Sadanand Gowd, Uma Bharati, Najma Heptullah, Gopinath Munde, Ram Vilas Paswan, Kalraj Mishra, Menaka Gandhi, Ananta Kumar, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Ashok Gajapathi Raju,Anant Geete, Harshmit Kaur, Narendra Singh Tomar, Jual Oram, Radha Mohan Singh,Thawarchand Gehlot, Smriti Irani, Harsha Vardhan. (in the order as mentioned) followed by Ministers of State (Independent Charge) and Ministers of State.

About 4000 guests made their presence felt at the swearing-in ceremony which is termed as the biggest in India’s history. The heads of South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation (SAARC) are specially invited.

From Andhra Pradesh, Eenadu group Chairman Ramoji Rao, AP Chief Minister designate Chandra Babu Naidu and his son Lokesh, Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna, Telangana Chief Minister designate K Chandra Sekhar Rao attended the event.
