Powerstar Pawan Kalyan had campaigned for the TDP and BJP combine in the last elections. Pawan Kalyan was seen sharing the dais with Chandrababu Naidu and Narendra Modi in election meetings. But then, things seem to be not going well between them after that.
Pawan Kalyan refused to meet Narendra Modi on Special Status issue and even criticized BJP. Narendra Modi also did not try to reach out to the actor cum politician. Modi has been writing letters to celebrities across the country to support his Swacchata Hi Seva initiative.
Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Rajamouli, and Mohan Babu has got the letters from the Prime Minister. But there is no letter for Pawan Kalyan. That probably indicates that Modi does not like Pawan Kalyan questioning BJP on sensitive issues.
