Telangana Government is still undecided about the type of Budget it would present the next month. Earlier the Chief Minister went on to say that they would go for Vote on Account Budget since only after General Elections they would get the complete details of the State Share of Central Taxes from Union Budget.
KCR do not want to make a full budget using Vote on Account Budget of the Central Government. This is never before step by any Government to have a Vote on Account Budget in its non-election year. And now there are reports that Modi Government is planning to put up a normal budget despite being in an election year.
KCR was taken back and called for an emergency meeting. He asked the officials to replicate the same move as the Central Government. Telangana will have a full Budget if Central Government puts up a full Budget. Wonder what happens if NDA does not come to Power? So much of Confusion for Telangana Government as it operates without a Finance Minister.
