Lokesh's Padayatra: No Rest Days Like JaganReports are emerging that TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh is going to start a Padayatra from January next year. Lokesh will walk continuously until March 2024 for a period of 450 days.

The Padayatra is likely to begin in the Chittoor district, one of the districts where TDP is very weak.

Lokesh is planning to walk seven days a week, unlike Jagan who used to take Friday (to attend Court) and Sunday holidays.

Lokesh has lost oodles of weight after the 2019 elections and is looking so fit. The walk will not be a problem for him the party leaders confidently say.

The walkathon will start from Rayalaseema and finish in Uttarandhra. The plan is to touch as many constituencies as possible.

Previously YSR, Chandrababu Naidu, and Jagan Mohan Reddy undertook Padayatra and then came to power in the immediate election they faced.

Lokesh will look to bring TDP to power with his Padayatra by rejuvenating the cadre and the leaders. The Padayatra will continue until the election schedule is out.
