YSR Congress’s Sakshi media has released a Whatsapp Chat between its Rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju and TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh alleging secret nexus between them. The chat is said to be accessed from RRR’s phone which has been seized by the CID.
It is not known how Sakshi accessed the phone which is in the custody of the CID or if it is really genuine. However, there is one noticeable fact from the so-called leaked conversation. Lokesh just like his father is very careful about the words he uses.
We have seen Raghu Rama Krishna Raju using some loose words but it is not the case with Lokesh. He has been very careful about the judges even in a personal conversation. That is a perfect trait of a leader and TDP supporters say they will be very happy if the conversation is true.
From a legal point of view, the conversation can not stand in the legal scrutiny as it is a personal conversation between two individuals. If anything is a problem legally, it should be for Sakshi to illegally obtaining the chats from a phone in the CID custody. Also, CID and Sakshi can be in trouble for infringing the privacy of two individuals.
