TDP General Secretary Nara Lokesh has been trying to take stock of TDP’s social media strategy ever since the 2019 elections defeat. It has improved a bit. Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh are effectively using Twitter to corner the Ruling party on various issues.
If we surf through his timeline on Twitter, we can see tweets about some serious stuff combating the ruling party on many issues. Lokesh seems to be keen on adding some casualness to his timeline. He tweeted on the occasion of Krack’s director, Gopichand Malineni’s Birthday today.
“Happy Birthday @megopichand! Thoroughly enjoyed watching ‘Krack’. Wishing you many such hits in the future, and more. Have a great year ahead! (sic),” Lokesh wrote. He also tweeted congratulating Telugu cricketer, Mithali Raj on completing 10,000 international runs.
It will be refreshing if he could balance between serious and casual stuff on his Twitter account going forward.
