Dhulipalla_Narendra_Kumar_TDPAndhra Pradesh government released the tenth standard results the other day. The pass percentage is around 67% while it is always more than 90% in AP.

TDP senior leader Dhulipalla Narendra said that many children were suffering due to the tenth class results. He said that students are committing suicide due to the results and demanded that the government be held responsible for this.

Speaking to the media at the party office in Mangalagiri, he accused the YSRCP government of destroying the education system.

“More than 5,000 schools are closing in the state. With the closure of schools, the backward classes will be deprived of education. There are 20,000 teacher posts vacant across the state. Teaching in the mother tongue is neglected. Teaching English is detrimental to the mental development of children,” Dhulipalla said.

“Naadu-Nedu is just a farce with no substance. This is the first time the pass percentage in the tenth standard has decreased. There has been no such failure in a decade of tenth-standard results. It is wrong for the Minister of Education to push on parents without taking moral responsibility,” he added.

“During COVID, other states have tried to raise educational standards. Our state government, however, kept teachers at wine shops. The Suicides of tenth students should be considered government murders. Forcing students to join the English medium is atrocious. Chandrababu is credited with ensuring Telugu people become leaders in the IT sector. That is the difference between Visionary Chandrababu and Prisonery Jagan“, Dhulipalla mocked.
