Nandamuri Taraka Ratna Last WishNandamuri Taraka Ratna (39), who was in a coma after suffering a massive heart attack, died on Saturday night. He was taking part in the TDP’s Yuvagalam Padayatra in Kuppam in Andhra Pradesh on January 27 when he collapsed.

He was later moved to Narayana Hrudayalaya hospital in Bengaluru for better treatment. However, his condition deteriorated and he took his last breath yesterday night.

Taraka Ratna’s life wasn’t easy despite being born into an illustrious family. He struggled to get success in films, struggled with his marriage issues, and that 23-day-long battle for life in the hospital.

His latest wish, which became his last wish, was to make a mark in AP politics. He was meeting TDP leaders, cadre members, and workers and was even thinking of contesting in elections as MLA from Gudivada.

Taraka Ratna had conveyed this wish to even Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh. He wanted to get actively involved in politics and he was making plans in a big way.

Gudivada, which was once called TDP’s fort, has now become Kodalai Nani’s Adda. Telugu Desam Party was looking for the right person to contest against Kodali Nani, and Taraka Ratna wanted to become that person.

In the recent past, on many occasions, Taraka Ratna expressed his desire to enter politics and work for the welfare of Andhra Pradesh. He said he will work hard to ensure TDP wins the upcoming elections.

But destiny had different plans and unfortunately, all his ambitions and wishes went unfulfilled with his last breath.

May his soul rest in peace!
