Singapore Government’s expert team is busy preparing the Master Plan for the Andhra Pradesh Capital. Three plans are being prepared in accordance with the the culture of Telugus as well as the international standards. They will be submitted by June-end and all the three will be kept in public domain for people’s opinion. The one which garners maximum people’s support will be chosen.
It is said that most facilities in the capital will be ‘Plug and Play’ model. The infrastructure in will be ready well in advance before people begin occupying the region. CRDA and Singapore government together will work in Key areas in the capital like infrastructure planning, development control, housing, solid waste management and integrated transport systems
Also it is said that upcoming capital city will be the cleanest city in India. Utmost importance will be given to solid waste management with perfect mechanism in place for garbage collection and segregation of waste. The government will create awareness and educate people on not to litter their surroundings.
