With Hyderabad High Court slashing the Telangana government extending the deadline for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections, the polls which was supposed to happen by the end of this month, are postponed to mid-February.
Subsequently, TDP also postponed its Public meeting in Nizam Grounds planned tomorrow. TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu was to participate in this meeting which will kick start the party’s campaign for the civic polls. But the meeting is now postponed.
Naidu will only participate in couple of meetings for the civic polls and so the party needs to use it efficiently. Since, tomorrow will be too early for mid-February elections, the party postponed the meeting to a later date
