Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu toured the interim Secretariat site in Velagapudi ahead of the employees apprehensions about lack of proper facilities there. Naidu talked to the representatives of the construction companies and also personally saw all the building works progress.
Naidu found fault with employees’ argument of no facilities in Velagapudi and said all the works will be completed by 27th to ensure a smooth swift. He also inquired about the progress of the construction of roads leading to the Secretariat. He also assured that the government will release the road map of the departments that should shift by 27th, in a day or two.
Naidu also announced that the government will make sure all the necessary records, files and data pertaining to the shifting departments are sent to Velagapudi. He asked employees to walk with him at the time of crisis to make sure the state comes out of bifurcation blues.
