YS Jagan, Sakshi TV, chandrababu naidu, sakshi epaper, sakshi news, Sakshi channel, andhra pradesh, YS Jagan mohan reddy, Andhra Pradesh politicsSakshi TV’s petition about over turning their ban in some areas of Andhra Pradesh came to hearing for the second time in Hyderabad High Court a little while ago. The counsel from Andhra Pradesh government informed the court that the government did not give any instructions to the MSOs to block Sakshi and is no way related to this.

The court asked the state government to state the same in an affidavit. This is a similar stance taken by KCR government during the ban of ABN in the state. The government counsel asked for time to do that and the next hearing of the court is posted to Monday. Sakshi crossed the line following Mudragada’s Deeksha and tried to instigate Caste rifts in the state for political benefit of its owners.

The ban on the channel is likely to be in force till Mudragada finishes his Deeksha. By the time, the case comes to hearing, the ban may be lifted as all those accused in Tuni arson case got bail. Mudragada is likely to finish his Deeksha later today after the three who are in jail will get released.
