Acharya-Nagarjuna-UniversitThe winter session of Andhra Pradesh Assembly may not be possible to be conducted in the state as planned earlier. The government tried to to conduct the session in Nagarjuna University in Guntur and even checked the conference hall feasibility. But for some reason the government has backed of from the idea. Speaking to media, Minister Ravella Kishore Babu announced that it may not be possible to conduct the session in Guntur.

He did not elaborate about the problems involved in conducting the session there but simply said it may not be possible now but the state government is planning to conduct further session there. The winter session of Andhra Pradesh will begin from December 5th.

With the possibility of Nagarjuna University ruled out, the session will go on in the existing Assembly buildings allotted to AP in Hyderabad. The session gains prominence as government is gearing up to introduce crucial bills regarding the state capital and land pooling for the upcoming capital.
