MLA Kotamreddy Sridhar ReddyNellore Rural MLA Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy made sensational accusations against his own Government. He accused the intelligence officials of spying on him and tapping his phone.

He said that he already knew about this and that he is using a different phone to talk about secret matters.

“Pegasus is being used to snoop on me. But I have twelve SIM cards to talk secrets. Pegasus can not record Face time and Telegram calls. Why am I being monitored despite being an MLA of the ruling party? Three officers were designated to snoop on me. If they want, they can even deploy an IPS officer to monitor me,” he said.

Kotamreddy’s latest comments are creating a stir in AP politics.

Phone tapping is an illegal and punishable offense in India. Ramakrishna Hegde’s government in Karnataka collapsed due to Phone-tapping.

A ruling party MLA making such comments is pretty serious.

Sridhar Reddy has been unhappy with the party for some time now.

He is criticizing the party and government whenever possible. Recently, CM Jagan Mohan Reddy called him and spoke to him but it looks like that did not work as well.
