Kapu Activist Mudragada Padmanabham who earlier set a December deadline for Chandrababu Naidu government over the Kapu Reservations issue is becoming active much earlier than that. Mudragada is gearing up for an Atmeeya Palakarimpu Yatra at any time.
The Yatra is intended to meet the people who want to meet him in Kirlampudi. Mudragada does not want to trouble them and so is going to meet them himself through this Atmeeya Palakarimpu Yatra. He is gearing up to defy the government if he is refused permission.
Back then after YSR’s demise, Jagan said the same and started Odarpu Yatra. Jagan himself reached out to the people who want to console him on his father’s death. Even though both the yatras are for different things, strategies remain the same.
Jagan’s Odarpu Yatra later led to his political plunge, we will have to see what happens to Mudragada’s Yatra. Mudragada has come under pressure to intensify the movement since his long deadline seems to be weakening the agitation and so he reportedly took up this sudden yatra decision.
