This mobile company keeps annoying the former captain of Indian Cricket team, MS Dhoni despite repeated warnings of the court. Dhoni approached the court yet again as the Mobile company continues to use Dhoni’s name in the commercials even after the agreement lapses.
The Delhi high court sought an explanation from the Mobile company, Maxx Mobilink Pvt Ltd with regards to the complaint filed by Dhoni. The first complaint was filed in December 2012 and Maxx has been ordered in 2014 and also in April 2016 to cease using Dhoni’s name in the commercials of the company which the firm didn’t follow.
This obstinacy of the mobile company made Dhoni reach out the court again. The court directed the firm to comply with the order passed earlier within the next hearing which is 28th of July. The cool captain who handled the cricket team for years is now definitely facing trouble in handling this firm.
