It looks like the first list of Congress’ Candidates is going to take more time. A probable list is already prepared in which around 70 constituencies have just one aspirant and at most, there are three aspirants to some seats. The list has gone to Delhi now and the first list is expected to be out only after 28th of this month.
At the same time, the other parties in Mahakutami are also seething in anger with Congress delaying the announcement. TRS candidates have already started their door to door campaign and they are worried that this delay may hamper their preparation. On the other side, Congress is very keen to contest in a minimum of 100 seats.
TDP, Telangana Jana Samiti, CPI (M) will have to share the remaining 19 seats. Except for TDP, no other party is being offered seats in double digits, we are told. Kodandaram is already in talks with BJP rumours suggest if Congress insults him and his party with some paltry number of seats.
