Megastar Chiranjeevi has received a special invite from the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. But this coming together isn’t for political reasons though.
Chiranjeevi was invited to take part in ‘Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ and celebrate the 125th birth anniversary of legendary Telugu freedom fighter Alluri Seetharama Raju.
“Megastar Chiranjeevi has been invited by the Government of India as part of the ‘Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’, to participate in the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of one of the greatest revolutionary freedom fighters, ‘Manyam Veerudu’ Alluri Seetharama Raju and unveiling of his statue by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi ji, on 4th July’22 at Bhimavaram, AP.” The official communication read.
Alluri Seetharama Raju statue will be unveiled at Bhimavaram on the 4th of July and Chiru has been invited for the same. The statue will be unveiled by Modi.
On the work front, Chiru will next be seen in Godfather, the Telugu remake of Lucifer. This film also features Salman Khan.
